In order to graduate, students must submit GradPath forms in UAccess:

Plan of Study | End of the second semester in program |
Master's/Specialist Committee Appointment | As soon as the Plan of Study has been approved. This form is required whether or not you formed a thesis committee. Non-thesis students should select the Director of Graduate Studies as your major advisor. |
Master's/Specialist Completion Confirmation | Submitted by Graduate Program Coordinator once final grades are posted and degree requirements are met. |
